I’m a Colorado native — born in Denver and raised in what was once the small, quaint town of Castle Rock. I lived there and worked in the corporate world from the time I was 18. In 2003, I moved to Englewood, CO, for a change of scenery and a shorter commute to work.

In 2009, I made a career change from corporate life to being self-employed — the best decision I ever made, to be honest. My life partner of 23 years, Steve, owned a roofing company and needed me to work with homeowners in the field, so I signed on — and I loved my job!

We moved to Lakewood in 2011, relocated the roofing company to that area, and continued running the business until COVID-19 hit. At that time, Steve decided it was time to retire and enjoy life. I wasn’t quite ready to stop working, so I dabbled in card making and became a vendor at many local craft fairs. Still, I wanted a bit more. In September 2022, the opportunity presented itself to purchase a tanning salon.

I bought the salon in Lakewood, changed the name to Snazzy Tanz Body Rejuvenation, Wellness & Tanning Salon, and have never looked back! I love my small, local business and look forward to every day. I have truly been blessed in my life — hope to see you soon!

I grew up in the beautiful town of Glenwood Springs, but nowadays I call Lakewood home. If there's one thing to know about me, it's that I have an enormous love for humanity. I find joy in giving people a reason to smile - any reason will do - and nothing does the trick like a fresh, new golden color! As a spray tan artist at Snazzy Tanz, I truly love to see people get a beautiful tan. I personally know what a difference some color can make. A new tan can make any old rug feel like a red carpet. I believe every person deserves to feel like the star of their own show. I would be honored to get your main character ready for your big day, or simply for any day, because every day counts. I am so blessed to spend my days at Snazzy Tanz with such an amazing team of gals. You won't just get a new tan. You will also get a sprinkle of love.

I was born in California, raised in Oklahoma, but I’ve been in Colorado for just over 25 years now.

I’m a lifetime unapologetic John Denver fan. His music sang to my heart, and I followed my heart and here I am.

I’ve spent a better part of my life in the service industry, and I understand the importance of feeling good and I take pride in being a part of making others feel just as good about themselves. 

When we feel good, we look good. And we present well.

I take pride in being a part of adding the element of confidence and positivity into the world. Genuinely!
